Virtual Event – June 23rd , 2025 
Kick off the conference with our engaging virtual event. Join us for a day of insightful keynotes and discussions featuring expert speakers on critical topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, SAP In Teaching, Diversity and Inclusion. These sessions are designed to inspire and challenge you to think about how these powerful forces are reshaping education and research.

In-Person Events – June 26th or 27th , 2025 
Later in the week, we invite you to connect face-to-face at one of six dynamic in-person events across Latin America. Choose from locations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, where you can engage in deeper conversations, network with peers, and explore the latest SAP initiatives impacting academia. This is a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and build lasting connections within the SAP Academic Community.
